Founded in 1852 and incorporated in 1957, Tickfaw is a charming village in Tangipahoa Parish with a rich Italian-American heritage.
Home to approximately 686 residents (2025), Tickfaw offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a vibrant community spirit. The village is governed by a Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and an elected Chief of Police dedicated to serving our citizens.
